Kennedy Jane Mang is a junior at Plymouth State University. Kennedy is from Livonia, Michigan and graduated from Livonia Franklin High School with honors as well as Wayne County Student-Athlete Hero during the 2014-2015 school year. Kennedy was previously an Exercise and Sport Physiology Major, but has since changed majors to Interdisciplinary Studies. Kennedy is focusing on pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Coaching. Kennedy hopes to work with children with special needs and/or adolescents with eating disorders. At Plymouth State, Kennedy is involved in many different things on campus including Residential Life, the Volleyball team, and working as Athletic Event Staff. Outside of school, Kennedy works as an AAU Volleyball Head Coach, a volunteer at Beaumont Hospital Center for Exceptional Families in Dearborn, MI, and Dietary Aide at Heartland Allen Park Rehabilitation Center. After graduation from Plymouth State, Kennedy would like to pursue a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy as well as continue coaching volleyball at some level.
